I’ve been called a cheerleader for church leaders and volunteers.

I’ve been called a ninja, as I work behind the scenes to make you the hero. I embrace both of these descriptions because I’m all about cheering people toward how God made them and what He is calling them to accomplish in building His Kingdom.

I believe that working through the small steps is the key to bringing the big vision to life.

I didn’t grow up in church. In fact, I was raised Buddhist and was never invited to church until I was 40 years old. (I know, right?!)

I’m grateful God never gave up on this gal. Before meeting Jesus, I worked in corporate America as a Commercial Banker and then as the Chief Financial Officer for a global tech company.

He used my work experiences as well as entering a church for the first time and beginning to serving in Children’s Ministry to bring me to my greatest passion as I led a volunteer ministry that grew from a faithful handful of about 30 people to over 1,000.

I just wish I had someone to talk to, relate to, learn from and celebrate with who would truly understand what it means to be on a church staff.
