Facilitate Workshops and Church Retreats
As a speaker and workshop facilitator, Mary Ann hosts custom half-day workshops, full-day workshops, and retreats for you, your staff and/or volunteers to focus on team building, leadership, guest services and team building.
We craft workshops that help you solve the problems you're facing, and motivate your community to make things happen.
What does it look like to work together?
WHITEBOARD WEEKENDS:
Saturday: Brainstorming and listening to your key volunteer leaders and staff.
Sunday: Mary Ann observes all services and ministries. Later that day or the following Monday, Mary Ann provides a Debrief to staff.
Afterwards: Based on the feedback and observations, Mary Ann provides an action plan that meets the volunteer goals discussed. Typically, this involves a four to six month coaching strategy.
